Please create the following webpage and form in HTML.

The first page we will be making is the homepage. This page is going to be a simple login page. Name this page index.cgi . On this page, create a form that contains the following elements:

Username Email Address Submit Button (Labeled as Next)

At the bottom of your login form include a link to signup.cgi with the text Havent Stored A Message? Start Here

If a user clicks on the Submit Button the action form should be set to send a GET request to the verify.cgi page.
