It primarin designs and makes women's footwear under its own brand name In-Step " Fit the Feet" which produces footwear and sporting goods especially in pageants, chem-leading, volleyball, tennis and other kinds of women's sports . Later on 2005 through innovations and societal inuence the company added products for men as for making shoes for extreme sports like skateboarding, snowboarding, motocross, basketball and soccer which become a bloom and explosive growth for the business. It focuses on manufacturing and designing the highest quality of footwear specializing in sponing goods that are used in beauty contests and extreme sports. The Company offers the best quality of goods with reasonable price to customers by also considering the environmental protections and the customers value chain. Through this kind of management concept the ln-Step company has been able to successfully gain nationwide popularity and keeps its good reputation in offering exclusive design of heels,boots and slippers. The Company produced estimates of four-hundred thousand pairs of shoes annually which indicate it excellent productivity, efciency and marketability.The Company go with the follow of innovation and global evolution so In 2016, In- Step Company want the customers enjoy the idea of designing their own shoes and have them customize it based on their free-will to make personalize wearable shoes which lead on the launched of instant shoe design interface online " Which the customers can design their own shoes online, including the elements of design, color and material for the shoes". The Company provides the customers with the quality products experience by combining the values of traditional shoes creation that secure the quality and durability supported by industrial supply chain that is about trends and innovations and with the used of modern technology in manufacturing, designing, selling and even the distribution which result to excellent products that can be considered high end but affordable. During that period the InStep Company had over 1,200 employees who were tasked to produce, designing, sewing, online managements and the administrative department which specialized in the production of quality leather and rubber footwear in the Philippines. That's the reason why In 2017 the \"In-Step\" ranked number 3 listed among " The Top Five Best Shoe Brands in the Philippines' ' for the objective to prove the local products and Filipino brands can be of high quality too. The innovation promoted by the Company is notjust about the unique design but also having a zero waste sole production \" which the products produces having a higher percentage than the waste but in the case of In-Step Company the excess in production is not consider as a waste but a recyclable materials that can used in producing others kind of goods". By this the company will help in the presentation of the environment for future generations. As a shoes Manufacturer the Company wants to lead in leaving a footprint on having environmental sustainability through zero waste production, energy saving and minimizing environmental impact.The Company makes training and development for employees as a primary focus for organizational productivity because the competitive advantages will depend on the skill, knowledge and capabilities of the employees. To ensure the quality of sporting goods produced will meet the standards that are expected and will bring satisfaction to the customers. It will establish the Brand-name of ln-Step which brings new customers. The Company wants to have competitive production rates to maintain the rates of the output that have a huge advantage and are comparable to the competitors. Which will always focus on the affordability of the raw material used in productions and the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees for competitive labor. To have lowest costs but still promotes the quality products which mainly maximize the use of resources, improving the machine and labor time, and to keep the waste as low as possible .This purpose can be attained through maintaining the machine, development and training for the employees and recycling the wasted material. Next objective of the In- Step is to have a reliable and timely distribution of shoes nationwide with the manner of fulfilling the order in on time delivery and meeting the schedule needs of the customers which will help the Company to reduce and eliminate the delay of order that is a huge advantage to have a high customer value chain. Because if there's a delay the customers will be discouraged to receive the products and ask for the refund which makes a high cost by return of products in transportation, inventory management cost and the shipping cost which promote high costs for the Company. Lastly, is to provide Customers Satisfaction which is the most important business purpose to attain the profitability is through seek in meeting the customers needs and focus the concepts with accordance to their preference through obtaining their feedback on the sales of sporting goods including suggestions and criticism to achieve the goal of being a profitable Company with a sustainable market and have a loyal customers for contentious productions.
