Hello Vinetta and team, what a great presentation. I know you touched on it briefly slide 3 but it is unclear what type of partnership this would be. It is implied that it will be a Limited Liability partnership which makes the most sense. Since every partner has a unique function, it is practical to have a Limited Liability arrangement. This would mean that if one partner were negligent in one way or another, whether legally or contractually, it would not affect the other partners (Yates et. al. 2019).

We covered each type of agreement that would be necessary, but one thing pointed out by one of the other groups was that Dorothy, the intern, was a minor and as such not legally able to sign or agree to such agreements. What action do you think we should take to protect our interests when it comes to hiring minors?
