Help me put a response to this-I considered opportunity costs when choosing to remain in my current field and company. Mental health and non-profits are not generally known for paying the best. It has provided several other benefits including intrinsic value and greater flexibility than many other positions. By choosing to remain in this field and company I've experienced a loss of wages compared to other employment opportunities I could've pursued but have remained for now due to the other benefits
