Henry Handler was driving south on High Street. As he was approaching the light at 24th and High, Wally Witness, who was driving in the car next to Henry, observed Henry talking on his cell phone, drinking coffee, and looking down at his CD player in the car. Two minutes later, at 12th and High, Henry turned right on green, accidentally striking Paula Peddler on her bike. Paula sues Henry for negligence.
