Had a lengthy call with an irate customer. Customer wanted to cancel the account, but the account was made in the wife's name and he didn't have ary power to make any changes. The customer asked to talk with my superior, so I escalated the call to the manager that was available on site. No changes were made on the account, since the customer that called wasn't the account holder.
