Hey everyone,
Im currently taking a Student Managed Investment Fund class specifying in fixed income. We have to do a research report of a company of our choice, since we plan to sell our existing bonds in a different company.
I admittedly dont know as much as everyone else since I recently switched majors. I was delegated with finding and talking about the Cash Flow, and more specifically CFO/Interest expense, Cash flow/debt, and EBIT/Interest expense.
How exactly do I find and calculate those, and what information does that data even present me? I know Ill be discussing liquidity in some form or fashion, as well as whether they can meet their short term obligation.
I have their 10-Qs, as well as access to Bloomberg. If anyone can provide some guidance I would appreciate it!
