HHRM709 It is that we are a country no longer competitive on the world stage, and with our failure to compete compete goes our failure for this nation's citizens to find a good job at a good wage. So, while we can create products, we cannot make them. This greatly affects staffing since the good job has went overseas, leaving a rising staffing pool, or a staffing pool that is underutilized. That is a challenge both for management and employees, but one that can be met with the right policies and attention to producing products people need and want, and a competitive price.
