Do the people who are feeling high stressed have Hypertension? Are they utilizing stress management tools and techniques to cope up their stress?My goal is to explore the relationship between hypertension and stress and find out how many people who have stress and hypertension effectively using available stress management tools.
What are the stress levels for different age groups between younger adults (ages 18-35), middle aged adults (36-55) and older adults (aged older than 55), which age group feels more stressed? Are they utilizing stress management tools and techniques to cope up their stress? My goal finds out stress level among for different age groups and utilizing stress management tools to cope the stress

STRESS - This is a categorical variable that is essential to examine how often people feel stress at work. Coded as 1 for Always, 2 for often,3 for sometimes, 4 for Hardly ever, 5 for Never. Don't know, No answer and Not applicable are coded as 8,9 and 0 as missing values in SPSS.
STRESS12 - This is a categorical variable which is important to find if the respondents have utilized stress management tools or participated in stress reduction programs in the past 12 months. Yes, coded as 1 and No coded as 2 and Don't know, No answer and Not applicable are coded as 8,9 and 0 as missing values in SPSS.
STRREDPG - This is another categorical variable that is important to find if the respondent has access to stress management or stress reduction programs at the workplace. Yes, coded as 1 and No coded as 2 and Don't know, No answer and Not applicable are coded as 8,9 and 0 as missing values in SPSS.
STRESSES - This is another important categorical variable to find if respondent are facing stressful circumstances in their lives. Very Likely coded as 1, Somewhat likely coded as 2, Not very likely coded as 3, Not at all likely coded as 4, Don't know, No answer, Not applicable coded as 8,9,0 as missing values in SPSS.
HYPERTEN - This is also an important categorical variable to find people suffering with Hypertension. Hypertension is the primary disease caused by stress and so is essential in the purpose of this research. Yes, coded as 1 and No coded as 2 and Don't know, no answer and Not applicable are coded as 8,9 and 0 as missing values in SPSS.
AGE - Age of respondent is a continuous variable which is helpful to analyze the data of different age groups with respect to stress and find which age group is mostly impacted because of stress.
AGE GROUP: This is a re-coded variable for Age, coded as 1 for Young adults (18-25), 2 for Middle aged adults (36-55) and 3 for older adults (aged older than 55).
INCOME - This is a continuous variable which provides the details of total family income. The dollar amounts are in different value buckets coded as (1-12). The responses are Don't know, No answer and Not applicable which are coded as 98, 99 and 0 as missing values in SPSS. This variable is important as income plays a vital role in people's life and has been found as one of the primary causes for stress.
INCOME GROUPS - This is a re-coded variable for Income, coded as 1 for low Income (1-4), 2 for Middle Income (5-8) and 3 for High Income (9-12).
BMI - This is a derived variable calculated with help of Height and weight values of the respondents, and it is a continuous variable. Missing value shown as "." and has been recoded as sys-missing in SPSS. This is an important variable which helps to determine if stress is a cause of weight gain.
BMICODE - This is a re-coded variable for BMI. BMI values are categorized as "1" coded as underweight, 2 coded as normal, 3 coded
