1. Dominant Industry Features For 1 of your company's key business units, analyse five (5) of the most dominant features within the industry that it operates. Evaluate which of these 5 factors are the most important for your selected organisation to be mindful of going forward. Please see class notes to assist in this regard. (25 marks)

2. Sustainability Examine the impact that Sustainability is having on the wider industry sector. Analyse and critically evaluate the response in terms of ESG (environment, social and governance) factors that the selected firm has made in this regard. (20 marks)

3. Internal Analysis: Conduct each of the following four (4) tasks:

3.1 A Resource Audit, distinguishing between Basic and Distinctive Resources (10 marks)

3.2 Organisational Culture. Analyse the culture of the chosen organisation. Use tools such as the Cultural Web to aid your analysis. (10 marks)

3.3 An Analysis of Capabilities. Analyse a maximum of 4 capabilities distinguishing between Threshold and Distinctive Capabilities (10 marks)

3.4 Conduct a brief VRIO analysis for both Distinctive Resources and Distinctive Capabilities providing a justification for your selection. (5 marks)

Conclusions: Draw conclusions as to the key issues that you have analysed in the earlier sections of the report.
