• Describe the root causes and the remediation plan taken after each retrospective.

Overall Improvement Plan for the Future:

Based on the lessons learned, what changes would you make in terms of:

• Process (i.e, project delivery, quality process, or any other process related to your organization)
• Technology (i.e., new tools)
