Roleplay directions for the participant: You are planning an anniversary dinner for your parents' 40th wedding anniversary. You have only just finished designing the invitations and want to get them in the post tomorrow morning. You've come to the print and copy department in a large stationery store that offers colour printing and has automatic document folders, which would save you a lot of time. There are 100 invites, which could take a long time to fold and put all of those invites in envelopes. You would like the invites printed, folded and put in envelopes so you can just put stamps on them and then pop them in the post. You could be flexible on getting these in the post tomorrow afternoon instead or even stuffing the envelopes yourself, but at a minimum, you need the invites printed and folded. You are more than welcome to invent other details to add to your role play with the student, but the details above must be used at a minimum. Instructions Review the above scenario and use one (1) participant of your choice to conduct the roleplay where you assist a customer. You must ensure there you do the following: o Identify the customer's needs. o Evaluate their needs and determine the priority of tasks. You must also access the Task 1 Customer Service Policy.
