I work for a global company as well, very interesting your point about cultural aspect, communication, conflict management, leadership style. In my post I was focus on the differences of work visa requirements between countries. Our Headquarter is base in UK$,$ one of the conflicts is the schedule due the time difference, but fortunate the organization accommodate the schedules about meetings, town halls, etc. to prevent extending working hours. It's important to note that these are generalizations, and there can be significant variations within each cultural group. Additionally, cultural values and attitudes are constantly evolving, so the IHRM and SHRM should evaluate the strategics periodically.
