Consider the following scenario: Jeff and Maria are co-workers at a company that lets employees set their own hours. Jeff usually starts at 10am and Maria starts at 9am. Maria often has to take care of calls from Jeff's customers before he starts. Jeff says that all is OK because he works till 6pm to make up his time. However, his clients usually stop calling at 5pm. Maria is angry with Jeff. She takes it out on him in daily interactions and sometimes in staff meetings.What steps would you take to improve this situation?
