Hold conversations with2 to 3 people in your network who you know to be committed to and involved in their communities whether as social activists or people who simply "role of their sleeves" to help and serve others regardless of what is needed (providing food, shelter, advocacy, justice, due process, etc.).

These conversations will include the following questions:

1.How could leaders and managers in their organizations bring their skillset to help in their communities?

2.Specially, because leaders and managers have talent, skills, and experience in working with groups of people to move toward a common or shared goal, can you think of specific ways the talents of these leaders and managers could be helpful in their communities to address issues and challenges?

3.What impact does # 2 above have on those leaders and manager who, after establishing a pattern/habit of working in their communities, return to their organizations. How do their experinece impact their organizations?

Explain how these conversations has impacted not only how you think about Servant Leadership but also how you might identify new avenues of community involvement that would allow you to bring your professional skillset to others and, in that process, allow you to provide an example of Servant Leadership.
