3.What impact does # 2 above have on those leaders and manager who, after establishing a pattern/habit of working in their communities, return to their organizations. How do their experinece impact their organizations?

Explain how these conversations has impacted not only how you think about Servant Leadership but also how you might identify new avenues of community involvement that would allow you to bring your professional skillset to others and, in that process, allow you to provide an example of Servant Leadership.
