How can a response to this be formulated using the bible as reference
Some critical factors for motivating employees to obtain goals and have high performance are when people are intrinsically motivated, extrinsically motivated, and when leadership inspires their vision by supporting them.
Being intrinsically motivated in my work life is important because I enjoy the challenge of completing the job at hand. For example, I review resumes, conduct interviews, and write recommendations for specific positions in my agency. When a particular job announcement closed, HR presented it to me five days before they needed the information back, not the two weeks they usually give me. I was going on vacation the following week, so I did not cancel my vacation. Instead, I sent out emails informing applicants of an interview, reviewed six resumes, conducted interviews, and wrote up my recommendation for the position within the five days HR gave me. Even though I was not technically on the job, I knew a job needed to be done regardless of my scheduled time off. My upper leadership was very supportive of my diligence and my dedication to completing the agency's mission without looking for anything in return to complete the task while on scheduled leave. Additionally, leadership inspires me to move forward in my career by giving me any resources that may help me.
