How can I iterate through a 2Darray such that I can find each region and keep count of the cells connected to the seed of 1 using it's 8 neighbors?

int[][] arrayTest = { {1,1,0,0,0,0} {1,1,0,0,1,1} {1,0,0,1,1,1} {0,0,0,0,1,1} {1,0,0,0,0,0} {1,1,0,0,0,0} };

IE: Should print 5 for the first region, 7 for the second, and 3 for the third.
