How can I make this better
Priscilla, good day to you! I explained to you in my initial letter that I hoped to be able to come on May 27 and dMay 27walkthrough, and if there was nothing wrong, then on May 31st I wMay 31 you the keys and the garage opener and the exchange for my deposit, I wanted to see if I could try one more time to come up with a reasonable accommodation for the both of us. I wanted to make sure I could try to find a solution that would be acceptable to both of us. It is stated in the lease that it is in an interest-bearing account; therefore, if there is no damage, there is no need for me to have to wait for the deposit. Additionally, the walkthrough would have been finished, and you would have been able to guarantee that no damage had occurred. On the other hand, when there were bills that I needed to pay for the water, sewer, and grout to get them in my name, you told me that they would be refunded, and then all of a sudden, it was that I had to wait just in case I left unpaid bills, which is what the deposit is for. It is difficult for me to believe what you say about giving back the money. Furthermore, when you look back, you expected that I would not pay the utilities, allowing you to leave the lease. I successfully got in touch with the prior renters, and they informed me that they have been through multiple circumstances comparable to the one you are going through. They are willing to offer me a statement that has been notarized, as well as their telephone number if the court wishes to ask any questions. I do not want to go to court because it will cause me to remain in the area for a more extended period. What I anticipate happening is that we will be able to find a solution to the problem. Perhaps on Wednesday of this week, we will conduct a walkthrough to ensure everything is in order. If everything is in order, we will be able to exchange the deposit, keys, and garage opener on Friday. I will not accept checks as a payment method since they can be canceled, as I mentioned before, and it may take some time to get into court, which I am not interested in doing. However, I want to resolve this matter, so I would like to thank you for your time and ask that you please let me know what you think.
