Wilson recently lost his father in a car accident and both he and his mother survived. Attempts to engage him are

met with silence or he changes the subject. The CYC worker believes he needs help to understand his feelings and to talk with

others. The CYC worker also believes he is afraid to talk about his loss as this creates memories of the accident.
