Harassment is a form of discrimination that violates Title 7, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Harassment is an unwelcome action based on race, color, sex, religion, origin, or age. According to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, harassment becomes unlawful where "1) enduring the offensive conduct becomes a condition of continued employment, or 2) the conduct is severe or pervasive enough to create a work environment that a reasonable person would consider intimidating, hostile, or abusive."From the information provided I can't say for a fact that harassment or discrimination is happening. Therefore, I would want to research more, get with Jack and ask some questions and do some investigating. Everything is from Jaymi's perspective not Molly. And as far as I know we haven't received any other formal complaints about Jack. I need to figure out what other "negative actions" has Jack taken against females or Molly. Obviously, Jack's actions are severe enough to create a work environment that is being felt as intimidating, hostile or abusive. And you definitely want Jaymi to know you will look into it and that this is a serious situation.
