gbieriasa: - To desermine the how much of the excess reagent is lef over when 7 an and HCI react Pmesture: 1. Derermine the mass of a clean teat tube and record it in your observation table 2. Add between 1.50 and 2.00g of rine to the test tube. Recerd the actual mass tsed in yoar observation table. 3. Add between 13mL and 15mL, of 1.50MHHCl to the teat tube and recond the actual amount added in your observation able. Make qualitative observations of the contents of the test bube in your observation table 4. Store the test rube upeight overnight 5. Observe the test tube the next day and make qualitative observations in your observation table. 6. Decant the liquid into a beaker and place into the waste container 7. Rinse the contents of the test tube three tnes using 10mL of water and decant the water into a beaker each time. 8. Using the Bunsen burner, heat the test nube until all of the water is evaporated 9. Cool the test tube and measure the mass. Reeord the mass in your observation table. 10. Place contents of the test tube in the waste beaker when finished Analysis Questions: 1. Deterntine the actual amount (grams) of zine chtoride produced in the lab (l mark) 2. Use caleulations to determine what the limiting reagent was (4 marks)
