How do you use the Empirical Rule in Statistics?

I'm trying to complete this practice problem but can't figure it out.

Let us suppose that the amount of bread (sliced bread, bread rolls, pizza, pitas, tortillas, roti, you name it) consumed by adult Americans per day can be modeled by a bell-shaped distribution with mean 23oz and standard deviation 6.5oz.

Draw an appropriately labeled density curve showing the break-up of the data according to the Empirical rule.
