How to respond to the following dq answer? Do you agree? Pease do not repeat what is listed below

I were to develop strategies to promote productive and innovative practices, I would base them around creative engagement and developing new ideas. My first strategy would be to construct, communicate and consistently implement the vision and purpose of the organization. As leaders, we represent the vision by sharing and utilizing it with the entire organization; painting this picture of a compelling future is a crucial driver of employee engagement. My second strategy would be to set aside specific weekdays for professional and idea development. This time block would allow

employees of the organization to meet at least once a week with the goals of sharpening or building skills or the dedicated time to brainstorm innovative ideas that would pivot the organization. My last strategy would be to build a high-performance culture in the workplace. While individual accountability is critical for the success of organizations, a collaborative culture is more conducive to improving productivity and innovation. An environment where information and ideas are openly shared enables unique ideas to be built on and enhanced by others; therefore, ongoing waves of productivity gains and innovation will be achieved (Donaldson, 2015).
