How would I set this up in c++ language?

Prompts user for three integer grades: exam, project, and lab averages.

Indicates which of the three grades is highest (Check for any ties)

Indicates which of the three is the three grades is lowest (Check for any ties)

Announce if any of the grades are failing (below 70%)or if all grades are 70 or above then display "All three of your grades are 70% or above!"
