How would u respond to this with a substantive respond?

If I were offered a job, but asked to sign a 'Forced Arbitration' agreement, I would probably be okay with it. It really depends on the circumstances, i.e. compensation, benefits, work-life balance. Considering that arbitration is far preferable than the alternatives - strikes or court - as an effective means of resolving conflicts between two parties, as well as the fact that both sides actually consider arbitration as an acceptable means to resolution is, by itself, impressive. I would say that this provision is fair. This will automatically remove any temptation from any party to go directly to the courts. While arbitration might be expensive and time consuming, courts are more so. In the end, money and time will be saved.
