How would you answer this question. One area I would like to see improved in my work place is dealing with customer service. I believe automated customer support takes too much time and makes the customer wait too long. Customers are the ones who purchases your product. Keeping them happy may help them introduce your products to friends and families or become a loyal customer. I would like to use the process improvement. I would start off by analyzing and gathering data to see what the problem is. Once data are gathered, check and see what the most common problems are. To ensure the data are accurate I would gather all supervisors, managers, and employees and ask for their thoughts and opinions. Once all the issues and problems are identified, a solution or process can be made. Most important is to train employees and make sure they know how to deal with customers. To make sure the process is working, keep documenting the amount of time it takes for every live support with customers. I would ask for feed backs from customers and employees after dealing with an issue
