It loads a file of question and answer pairs, and then the program quizzes the user on the contents. Setup 0 Create a new C++ file named QuizFamilyname.cpp. 0 Your file must begin with the in the following (replace the name and email with your actual information}: // Your Name // ITP 165, 2621 fall // Quizzle Requirements 0 The program should be able to load different data sets, via the user entering the filename. 0 Each line of a data file is a question and answer pair, separated by a comma. Except the first line of the file is the type of thing being asked. So for example, the quiz on state capitals has "state,capita|" as the first line, and then \"0hio,Co|umbus" etc. for all the rest. (To load a new data set, it is ok to make the user re-start the program.) 0 Two data sets are given here (StateCapitals.txt and Elements.txt}, but your program should work on any such file in the right format.
