Hui works as an engineer, but in his spare time he collects antique furniture. One weekend he is in Sydney at Candys Antique Auction House. Hui views a table that is advertised by Candy as an antique that is 150 years old. Hui knows it would be worth at least $5000, so that is what he offers to pay for it. Candy also believes the table is worth this amount, so she accepts the offer.

A year later, Hui tries to sell the table to another antiques dealer, Anni. Anni is an expert in the business and tells Hui that the table is not an antique at all, just a cheap reproduction. Anni tells him the table is only really worth $300. Advise Hui
