I am currently doing my student teaching as an interrelated teacher. I begin student teaching on January 4th, 2024. I have grown to understand my students, and they understand me; however, there are behavior problems. Please help formulate an answer to the following questions asked by my professor. Effective teachers know their students, their content areas, and how to engage students in learning. What has worked for you to influence student engagement in your classroom? As you better understand your student's needs, provide an example of how you have modified your approach to classroom management based on how the students respond.
