I am defending a department store.One of the department associates claimed she saw a customer steal a pair of jeans. She locked the fitting room doors and called the store security guard to come and see what was going on. The customer then had to show them that he had money to paty for the jeans, but after she accused him of trying to steal them he got upset and stormed out the store. How do I arguethe customer should not win his lawsuit?
