I have access to the fixed ordering cost and annual holding cost rate in $\%.$ For each supplier i have access to the product price $($per unit$),$ lead time $($days$),$ transportation cost $($per unit $),$ and minimum shipement size $($units $).$ I am struggling to figure what steps I should take to properly rank the suppliers, i looked everywhere $($including my textbook$).$ I$\text{'}$m not sure what formulas to use and when.
