I am having issues with this challenge, I can't even get my code to count the number of "o's" inputted correctly.

And when I try to create a return for both x's and o'x it comes with an error. I was using replit for my practice up to this point and am really, really new to coding. I do not have an instructor or a mentor to ask (just two books and the internet) so any advice or help is great. Should I use Phyton 2.7 instead?
