I am looking for 5 types of existing or potential federal or state litigation where there is little to no precedent set. I have a few ideas to go on, Puerto Rico becoming a state, banning certain breeds of dogs, possibly even the SB8 in Texas (abortion) but I am not sure if that is too close to Roe v Wade. I have limited resources available to me and would greatly appreciate any information or hints on where to look.
