I am preparing a capital budget for a hospital. The CAT scanner is down and needs to be replaced next fiscal year. I have to explain via return memo the financial analysis in order to determine the viability of the replacement project. I need to explain cash flow analysis and breakeven analysis that will affect this decision. This is all the information I have, I don't have any actual budget figures. Please help
