I am trying to revamp my profile on my resume-

Can someone please help me tweak this so it sounds professional/approproate for applying to a school counselor position? For some background- I am currently a semester away from graduating with an M.S in Applied Behavior Analysis. I started 12 years ago working in a daycare with babies to pre-k kids. I have also worked closely with BCBA's and oversee and implement IEP's and goal development for over ten years.

Here is what is written which needs to be re-vamped:

Graduate honors college student with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in trauma studies. Currently pursing an M.S in Applied Behavior Analysis. Ten-plus years in childcare settings working with individuals K-12 working closely in a teamwork-driven environment aiding in the social-emotional wellness and skill proficiency of learners. Proven ability to adapt and make positive changes while having a proficient ability to bring ideas and creativity to light. Highly reliable, compassionate, passionate, and diligent in providing effective and necessary skills and support for any given task.
