I am trying to use an If$/$Or function in Excel but keep getting an error.

$=$IF$($OR$($A$2=1,$ A$2=2)$ "has internet", $"$no internet"$)$

Any idea what I$\text{'}$m doing wrong? I$\text{'}$m trying to say if column A has a $1$ or a $2$ then "has internet" otherwise $"$no internet".
