Situation Analysis

What is the current situation at the company and why are they needing digital marketing efforts?

Current situation means talking from an outsider's point of view and what you hear and see from the outside using public information that you have gathered. This mean talking about the macro-environment and how it may affect the business and their ability to do X and Y. This means looking that the competitive landscape and calling out there are any noticeable changes that have changed the landscape and opportunity ahead.

Then it's important to highlight what is currently happening at X business and what is the current need for them to be able to change or grow. Why are they seeking your agency's help and what is the situation that you were trying to solve for?
