This does not have to be an actual project that you will complete, but is just merely an exercise to learn more about the steps it takes to complete a project. Write a brief process improvement proposal describing a potential improvement solution(s), Develop an argument articulating your reasons for selecting this project and these pain points for improvement and why this project should be prioritized above other projects.
