I created a reating database in RDS by logging in to the AWS Management Console. navigate to the RDS dashboard.

I clicked on create instance and chose the desired database engine. I chose the instance size and settings. Set up your database name, username, and password. I configure security groups and networking options. I clicked create instance to launch your RDS instance. Can you re write this?
