I found out something interesting about the Greenville-Spartanburg airport (GSP): When the restaurant operators sign a lease the leases dictate menu items that certain restaurants may not serve. For example, only one restaurant at the GSB serve a chicken salad. This is just an example, there are many items that can only be sold by specific vendors. To be clear, it is not the restaurants that are requesting these contracts, it is GSB that is requiring them. Please explain why the GSP would require these types of contracts
