I have a critical review on a court precedence that effects educational institutions. The following is the assignment requirement. I just need a good case recommendation and help getting started. Any suggestions?

Consider issues present in the world today that have resulted in litigation in the schools or that are relevant to issues of the Federal Government in relation to education. These might include racial justice in curriculum, LGBTQ rights, campus sexual violence, school staff protections of students with ADA issues, enforcement of student health and safety behaviors, etc. Consider something that is a legal case happening today or that has been in the news within the past 24 months.
