I have a question that need to be answer immediately so if you can help I appreciate. The course is the quality course. In the question, there are counters and customers are coming for their processes. We have information about that if a customer paying it with a credit card or a cash in 5 consecutive days. We have 5 cashiers but the fifth one is not working currently. And there is data about how long customer wait for the process and when it is their turn, how long it takes to finish the process. I have to measure the performance but I quite didnt understand how i can measure it?(With minitab or excel) We need to see which points consisit similarities and differences in data
