I have been a part of many teams that encompass the five-step evolution of being on a team. The five steps are forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. I am currently a part of a team that will open a second retail store of its kind. We are currently in the forming stage of the five-step evolution. This team is in this stage because we are forming the concept and groundwork to open another retail store in the next year
