(A)Explain the source of the exclusionary rule and (B) discuss how it is used to pursue justice.

I can't use any outside resources, only my textbook and the attached article called "Best evidence rule" by Cornell Law School. please indicate any pages you find in the textbook that you refer to. I will see how this measure up to my answers I have completed.
