I have the following dictionary: dict = {'Bob-':21 'Jerry+':36, 'Jess':30, 'Kerry':32, 'Kim':26, 'Tom':23, 'Pat':20}

Using python create a function that takes in 4 name arguments and prints out the average of their values.

The function needs to work with both capitalized and lowercase letters.
