I have this property situation "O to A for life, then to B for life, then to A's heirs." At the time of the conveyance, A is married and has 2 children.

I think these are my estates

A: life estate

B: vested remainder in life estate

A's heirs: contingent remainder in fee simple absolute

O: Reversion in fee simple absolute

How would Shelly's rule and doctrine of worthier title change the estates created if at all?
