I have to create a micro-dynamic estimate for the years 2023 and 2024 in Excel on the revenues from a tax increase.

Above are the numbers I have been given, the tax increase is by 10%. I honestly just need an understanding of how to do micro-dynamic estimating in Excel because I have no clue where to start. If you could just provide an example of how to do it or use the numbers I have and show me I'd greatly appreciate it.
