I have two scenarios and i have to compare and contrast them with the mirror rule at the forefront: a teacher leaves the school and crosses the street to get a donut -is a contract formed? and then,he return to an antique shop to discuss with the dealer the price of an old desk that he want to buy at a reasonable price,but the dealer when he knows that he is a teacher,moves the price meteorically. Is this fair from the "mirror rule" standpoint? The other scenario is that the owner of the antique shop recognizes the teacher in the donut shop, at another time. In what position will the teacher be this time when he returns to the antique shop?
