i just need suggestion for this project, no design is required or anything, just need ideas.

The project must contain with the following specification:

1. Real design problem or challenges for application related with biomedical engineering, health care, rehabilitation, assistive or sport technology

2. Must using the Arduino Uno board and simulated through Tinkercad

3. The application should at least consist of 2 inputs port and 2 outputs port

4. The application should at least use 1 input port from the sensor and 1 output port for the display
