Green Airlines) has requested the city council make the airport an international airfield

to facilitate international flights and has prepared a feasibility analysis which the city

council has deemed financially appropriate for the city. According to the feasibility

report, the city would reap the benefit of 350 new jobs and generate an additional $36.4

million in additional economic activity. The city has asked your team for a proposal

(Request for Proposal, RFP) to create an international airport at the existing location. To

accomplish this goal, the city would need to construct and staff an international customs

facility to screen international travelers and their luggage. The city currently facilitates

flights only to domestic locations.
